How to take a photo correctly?

It is desirable that:

the image was sharp and contrasting
the light fell obliquely from the upper side of the leaf
the sheet was photographed from above

As a result of recognition, you get:

image with signed flat letters
flat-print text
text in relief-dotted Braille
